Yorkdale Ford Lincoln’s Great December Giveaway 2023 Contest Rules and Regulations

1. Eligibility:

1.1. The Yorkdale Ford Lincoln’s Great December Giveaway Contest (the “Contest”) is open to all legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their respective province or territory.

1.2. Employees, agents, and immediate family members of Yorkdale Ford Lincoln (the “Sponsor”), including their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and any person with whom any of the foregoing are domiciled, are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

2. Contest Period:

2.1. The Contest will run from December 1, 2023, at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) to January 2, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST (the “Contest Period”).

3. Entry:

3.1. To enter the Contest, eligible participants must purchase any vehicle from Yorkdale Ford Lincoln during the Contest Period.

4. Prizes:

4.1. There are multiple prizes available to be won including but limited to TVs, air pods, ipads and Nintendo Switch.

5. Winner Selection and Notification:

5.1. The winners will be selected via a random draw from all eligible entries on January 2024, during a live virtual event at Yorkdale Ford Lincoln.

6. Spin and Win Instant Prizes:

6.1. Every customer who purchases a vehicle during the Contest Period will have the opportunity to spin a wheel and win instant prizes.

7. Donation for CTV Toy Mountain Charity:

7.1. Until Friday, December 15th, Yorkdale Ford Lincoln will be accepting donations for the CTV Toy Mountain Charity toy drive benefiting the Salvation Army.

8. General Conditions:

8.1. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. The Contest is void where prohibited.

8.2. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

9. Disclaimer:

9.1. By participating in the Contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless Yorkdale Ford Lincoln, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or the receipt or use of any prize.

10. Privacy:

10.1. Information collected for the Contest will only be used for the purposes of administering the Contest.

11. Contest Entry Rules Compliance:

11.1. The Contest complies with the Competition Act.
