The available Plug-in Hybrid Escape features a 2.5L iVCT Atkinson-Cycle I-4 Hybrid Engine with a 14.4 kWh battery and 774 km total range. *

Available AWD and AWD Disconnect
The available All-Wheel Drive with AWD Disconnect can disable the rear driveline when the system detects AWD is not needed. This allows only the front wheels to propel the vehicle, reducing drag and the overall energy demands of the drivetrain. Available on all 2022 Escape models, excluding Plug-in Hybrid. *

Selectable Drive Modes
Designed to help improve your driving experience and handling on varying road surfaces. The different modes are Eco, Sport, Normal, Slippery and available Deep Snow/Sand. Once selected, each one of these driving modes can modify the Electronic Stability Control System and Traction Control System without further input from you.
